Barbagallo Alfa Romeo Social Media Competition Giveaway terms & Conditions

Competition commences 5pm AWST 13/05/2024. Entrants must submit entries by 11.59pm AWST 28/05/2024. The winner will chosen randomly and be announced via the @BarbagalloAlfaRomeo Instagram AND Facebook Post on the 29/05/2024 and will be contacted directly via direct message. To be eligible for the competition the entrant must:

1. Follow Barbagallo Alfa Romeo Facebook AND Instagram pages.
2. Tag 2 x Friends on the Barbagallo Alfa Romeo Instagram page (one comment = one entry)
3. Have a public profile on Instagram.
4. Be over 18 years of age.

Prize Details

4 x GA tickets to the upcoming AC Milan v AS Roma Football match at Optus Stadium Friday 31^st May 2024. These tickets are not limited to patrons over the age of 18 years old. Children are welcome to attend with an accompanied adult/s.

Terms & Conditions of the Prizes

1. Prizes are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and can be used for this event only.
2. Winner(s) must claim the prize by responding to direct message before 4pm AWST 29/05/2024 and Barbagallo Alfa Romeo will arrange for the transfer of tickets via a valid email address on request.
3. Prize winner must be over 18 years of age.
4. Winners consent to providing Barbagallo Alfa Romeo with their name and contact details and consent to the use of their name, social page/s and image in media for the purpose of promotion and social pages.
5. If the prize or element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Barbagallo Alfa Romeo’s control, Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may substitute the prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
6. The tickets to the Optus Stadium are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. Barbagallo Alfa Romeo and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

7. The prize must be claimed by 29/05/24 AWST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 30/05/2024 at 9am AWST.

8. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Barbagallo Alfa Romeo, Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

9. Barbagallo Alfa Romeo reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion, the decision of Barbagallo Alfa Romeo is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
